Causes
So let me tell you more about this infectious feline upper respiratory tract disease. Contrary to belief, it is a syndrome and should be addressed as Feline Respiratory Complex. The cause of this highly contagious disease can be a combination of several pathogens such as feline viral rhinotracheitis (FVR) or herpes virus, feline calicivirus (FCV), Bordetella bronchiseptica (BB), feline reovirus and Chlamydophila felis (CF).
